Managers bring in relievers in sudden death innings. Such as ubaldo today. Saving their closer for a lead

Wouldnt you rather use your closer, aka best pitcher, in sudden death and use your middle relievers with a cushion?!

If the O's had a 3 run lead and Edwin homers off ubaldo, its only tied. Sucks but you still get to play

Just backwards logic by these so called baseball genius managers
