Did they really say Lindor is one of the top 5 guys in the league to build a franchise around?

Haha understandable

But yeah, the Cubs started flying it way back in the day to notify people in the neighborhood the outcome of the game. Unfortunately, the L flag has flown a lot more times than the W flag

The 1500 was to go to the game, for $1500 I could buy a really nice ass TV.  I would never pay $100 to watch a game on a TV lol.

The Indians could not lose Kluber's start, especially at home.

Also helps when the vast majority of Cubs's game were broadcasted nationwide for over 60 years. Large groups of fans everywhere. Every Chicago team is a huge draw. Great sports city, and large population do that. Boston is the same way.

I've met a lot of Braves fans in random spots for the same reason, even in Panama. TBS had them nationwide for awhile. Not sure how long tho
Don't tell me you forgot that the White Sox are a team in Chicago too?

Saw two conflicting articles today on the Cubs... One said to continue to be patient and try to get Bauer into high pitch counts because he's had troubles with location. The other said to attack Bauer because the Cubs hit at a high clip when they swing at 1st pitch fastballs and Bauer leads off counts with the fastball 70% of the time. It'll be interesting to see what they do tonight.

I'd expect Bauer to throw more curveballs, and try to repeat Klubers 2-seam success, as his has a lot of movement too
