So if Mavs and Clippers lose tonight, the Kings and Pelicans will be slotted 9th and 10th in the lottery. 
 
The best case scenario for the Kings is that Philly gets #1 and they get #2 (or visa versa, Philly will swap) and the Pels don't jump, to give them #2 and #10 overall.
 
BUT
 
If the Pels do jump, and one team #11-14 jumps (Denver, Detroit, Charlotte, CHI/MIA/IND) jumps as well, plus SAC staying, the Kings lose both first round picks.
