Right 2011... Cause the big 3 Celtics weren't soft for teaming up
Atleast they went on and started from scratch and won

Damn, quad overtime in ATL.

Just about every Knicks starter fouled out.

Honestly staying in OKC would have been the cowardly move for KD, now that we know he actually wanted to go to GSW

And what does this have to do with starting in 2011? Cause uh, I'm pretty sure Bron, Wade and Bosh also started from scratch, so if they were soft then so was KG, Pierce and Allen

No, the cowardly thing to do would be to shy away from as much confrontation and hate as possible

Do u even read posts? Explained it above smh

Lol we are done . Your head is too far up their asses. KD is fresh tho, so youre all in. U pick the best player on the best team each year and dick ride em and root for those best teams. Thats too easy man. Pick an underdog sometime , cant be a favorite each year bnc but thats just who you are

Yea sure we can act as if those were his intentions but really hes just a beta who didnt wanna try and failing at leading a team like the celtics. He'd rather join the best team ever , take the hate , but have the easiest road to the larry obrien lmao now thats a coward ladies and gentlemen

Goodnight

What does Durant do if the Dubs win this year?

If he goes back to OKC, that's not a great look.

I don't have the tightest grasp on how the cap works in the NBA, but assuming Durant opts out in the summer (which, financially, is probably the smart move), could the Warriors afford to max both him and Curry?

They have a lot of expirings,so I assume the will be able to afford both. Their bench is probably getting worse though

Since all this trade talk Melo been balling..

30.6ppg 8apg over his last 6.. and last night looked like Melo of old all this big shots he's hitting..

I'd like to see more heat on Phil.. he's worth more then we'd get from LAC..

It doesn't really matter at this point what he's worth, because of the NTC.

If Melo thinks his new team is giving up too much for him, he just rejects the trade.

but like actually

phil wants him gone. he's a large contract and the team wants to tank for a better pick, which he clearly doesn't help the cause. and his trade value lessens every year

Clippers don't have to "cave in with Redick" like Mexi keeps alluding to. Melo can just say "I'm not playing without Redick" and JJ stays in LA

these nba guys are weird
Im sure melo would be fine starting with jamal

Blake, chris, dj and doc is more than melo has ever had. And he knows he's getting older

That doesn't matter, and you clearly don't understand the concept of leverage.

If Phil is willing to take a package of future 1sts from LA and Austin Rivers as the main pieces for Melo (a relatively shitty deal), then it shows he's willing to do whatever to remove Melo. Sure, he'd be fine with starting with Jamal. He'd be more fine with starting with JJ, and there is zero reason Melo would want to play with inferior talent.

Doesn't matter if he's given the most help with the current offer. Phil has zero leverage whatsoever on this trade, and Melo should refuse to waive his NTC unless Redick is still a member of the Clippers.

Bet he wishes he had that luxury when the Knicks traded half their roster to get him.

That was part of the reason why he should have never forced the trade to New York.

Knicks had the cap to sign him in the offseason, but due to his impatience they lost Gallo and WC and Mozgod. They would have been seriously better had they not done that (also amnestying Billups a week after re-signing him was dumb af too, but that's another story)

I guarantee he's learned from his mistakes and understands he has near 100% leverage in this situation
