I don't think injury prone players has much to do with it. In reality, I think it has more to do with managing injuries, like pushing guys to far, which leads to an injury or a setback. I think the teams training staff and doctors probably aren't that great. Which to me could be a tough sell cuz you've now been through Monty and Gentry and you're still facing much of the same issues.
