I still hate the spot foul on pass interference. 

 
Especially when an underthrown ball caused it, primarily. Rhodes still has to turn the fuck around, though. He has to know the situation and turn his head around. It's that simple. He fucked up. We could be trying to score again right now if he doesn't fuck up.
 
You also have to factor in that they call PI on a lot of uncatchable passes. I for one don't think Lockett could have stopped on a dime to try to catch that ball. 
 
The spot foul is dumb. You can't guarantee that the ball should have been caught. Make it a 15 yarder, or hell, make it a completely unique penalty in the NFL and give 'em 25, but to award a team and crazy amount of yardage based on a hypothetical is dumb.

They are. I think he's fine, and will be a great player. Newman is playing like a better than average corner in the league at age 37, and is a sure tackler and excellent in technique (things Waynes was very raw at)--who better for the young kid to learn behind for a season or 2?

You realize teams will just commit more PI, right? Any pass over 30+ yards and teams will intentionally commit PI to save yardage
