Report: Giants waive defensive end Damontre Moore

(Photo: USA TODAY Sports)According to sources, Damontre Moore has been waived by the New York Giants. The third-year defensive end missed practice Friday, sparking speculation. Per ESPN’s Dan Graziano, the move comes as a result of a violation of team rules.
 
Moore caught heat following a blatant roughing the passer penalty in the Giants’ mid-October loss to the Eagles. He was fined $20,000 by the league, and was left inactive the following week as what seemed a disciplinary measure.

I'm not rooting against Manziel. Well, I mean I am rooting against the Browns for these last few games but that's not the point. I'd love for him to be the franchise QB so they wouldn't have to draft another QB, but I don't think you can build a sustainable offense around a guy who cant consistently operate within the pocket. When the play breaks down, he's great, but that's not an offense.
