if they get the top pick I can see Stafford being dealt to a team like NYJ/BUF for a 2nd/3rd

They'd have to eat over $11M if they trade him after the season.

What do Lions fans think about Stafford?

All things considered, he's not the worst option to have at QB, but he's about as average as average gets.  He's been pretty much the exact same player throughout his entire career.  Not really much regression, but also no improvement.

They're stuck with him for at least another year before they can really even consider cutting or trading him, so they're in a bit of a shitty situation.
I don't think he's that bad. He hasn't been able to do anything at all the last two years because out oline can block a fuckin thing. As soon as he gets the ball someone is in his face

can not defend him at all. he has not gotten any better over the years and we can't put the blame on the staff at this point.

My god, boys. Teddy Bridgewater is doing more to convince me that he's not an NFL caliber QB than otherwise. He's just bad in some games. Horrible.

If Denver gets the 1 seed over NE, I think they're golden so long as this defense stays relatively healthy.

I thought for sure the Bengals were going to lose yesterday, even before the game started. For as sloppy as they played and to still come out with a win at Pittsburgh is huge. I picked against them, glad I got it wrong.

Broncos just beat the NFC favorites? Damn, might as well just add the fastest TE in the league
