Or you could just not complain about it, because there is no agenda to screw the Pelicans. There are three officials for a game involving 10 players that moves at a lightning, non-stop pace. Mistakes happen, and it adversely effects every team at some point. No use getting stressed about it. 
 
Although it is a popular excuse for people instead of throwing blame on their own players and coaches. It's a way to justify a loss without admitting the other team is better/played better.
