Lebron is long overdue for some sort of injury.  How the fuck does someone as active as him, and someone that takes that much of a beating on a nightly basis, stay healthy for his entire career?
Two words. Stem cells.

It's about a 90% chance the Warriors take the West and a 99.9% chance the Cavs take the East lol.

There's a better chance the Cavs don't win the East than the Warriors not winning the West.

No way do the Warriors avoid the Spurs, Clips AND Thunder in the playoffs again.

They're still the heavy favorites, but who the hell is going to challenge the Cavs in the east?  I don't think any team could force six games.

Boston will be competitive because Isaiah Thomas and Brandon Bass have an advantage at PG and PF

But the Cavs still have the dirtiest player in the game, the Nature Boy Matt Delladeova

Exactly
Theres at least good teams in the west in a down year that can make it
No team out east can come close to cleveland

I don't buy the Spurs or Clippers as a threat.

I'd be concerned about a healthy Thunder team but that doesn't even seem likely.

Smith has battled nagging injuries since the preseason and apparently one he didn’t even know he had. An x-ray over the weekend revealed a broken bone in his right thumb that has since healed. Smith doesn’t know how or when it happened, but team doctors told him it occurred long enough ago that it healed on its own.
What a guy

I imagine it's mostly based on strength of schedule and naturally how the teams have played.

The Cavs have a differential of +6.1 per game, the Celtics are at +5.6, and the Cavs' schedule has been easy as fuck.
