You mean to tell me that Draymond Green will get more votes than Anthony Davis, Kevin Durant, and Blake Griffin? Not a chance.

It's a popularity contest

I just read that Kobe is listed as a frontcourt player, and he's definitely going to take one of those spots, but regardless, Griffin and Durant had less votes than Marc Gasol last year. The Warriors are now the most high profile team in the league, the casual fans now know everyone on their team. Draymond is a loud and charismatic figure, he was on ESPN after literally every Warriors win in the WCF and the Finals, which got him tremendous exposure, and he's playing great this year. He's going to get voted in.

I bet Porzingis gets voted as a starter or comes very close.

Plus by that logic, why wouldn't Iguodala, who won Finals MVP, be voted in

Part of it is who Draymond is. His performance and his charisma. He is still talked about more obviously.

And Igoudala will get a lot of votes I imagine

It wouldn't shock me if either got voted in, but they're far from locks

The Bulls might be the most boring team to watch in the league.  They're also a very bad basketball team.  I think I'm a Warriors fan now.

There is no case to be made for Draymond as the best PF, let's not get crazy and overstate what he does.
