Norman Powell looks like a really explosive, high-energy player in SL. Think he might make the team

If Philly is really interested in Cole I'd call them and OKC and propose this deal:

Philly: Cole
New Orleans: Augustin, Thompson
OKC: Douglas

Oh, that seems about right

Thunder downgrade at PG for no reason
Philly gives up their best shooter
New Orleans gets the best 2 players in this deal

OKC is attempting to dump Augustin for no incoming money in an attempt to avoid the tax after the Kanter deal.

And you're out of your damn mind if you think Thompson is better than Cole. Especially the one who came to New Orleans.

Granted Hollis Thompson's stats are definitely inflated from playing in Philly.

Cole is such garbage
At least you're consistent, you've always been on the "Cole is garbage" train. But he was far from garbage after he got traded. He was a very pleasant surprise.

Hollis looked very good for Philly, and is on a cheap contract

Give me Hollis making $1.95M/2 years over Norris Cole making $3.2M/1 year anyday

If you think a guy that can't finish at the rim, can't finish in the paint, can't throw the ball into the ocean from midrange, doesn't shoot off the bounce, isn't a threat to pass or rebound, and can't defend looked "very good" to you then maybe you need to study up on the game.

So the Pistons trading for Steve Blake says a whole lot about Brandon Jennings' health and Spencer Dimwittie's ability to play basketball.

I don't think teams trade for Steve Blake because their other PGs have issues

I'm just not a dumbass consistently making outlandish comments with no basis.

"I know Hollis is horrible at everything but spotting up, but damn he looked awesome."

Didn't you tell someone not to talk about things they know nothing about like two weeks ago? Joke of the century.

You aren't wrong Nola but by the same token Hollis Thompson is clearly a 3 and D guy so pointing out his flaws in other areas isn't the best argument
