Nope, he's about halfway to the player he will become. Still has a ton of improvements to make.

I think CC does this just to keep up appearances at this point. He's developed a character, and he's committed.

My character is always right, and, yes, I'm very committed to that.

LA is going to get made fun of and be the victim of a ton of jokes for what they are doing with Jordan, but if it was my team and a top player was thinking about leaving Id hope they'd try to pursuade him up to the last minute too.

I think CC's point is that 50% is way too low. Davis is already a very good offensive player, and will absolutely improve without a doubt, but if he improves by the 200% margin that Nola is suggesting, he would be the undisputed GOAT

If he is "halfway", then his baseline starting numbers is from his rookie year.

PER 36: 16.9ppg, 75.1% FT, 51.6% FG, 55.9% TS

Then with the halfway point being today's stats, his "completed" numbers would be the following

PER 36: 34.9ppg, 75.1% FT, 55.5% FG, 62.5% TS

and that's just quantifying offensive stats, not including rebounding and defense. If he is actually only at 50% development, he will be the greatest player of all time, without discussion.

I'd say he's around 75-80% of his offensive skill right now, which is still damn impressive

His offensive game is still way to incomplete to say he's 75-80% of the way there. I'd say 60-65% at the absolute most. I'm the biggest AD fan, but it's amazingg that he went for 24 a night in basically spot up jumpers, putbacks, rim running, and moving along the baseline.

He can't take more than one dribble, or it ends in a terrible shot, a charge, stumbling, or a turnover. He has an improving but limited post game, he doesn't have counter moves off those post moves yet, step backs and other dribble moves like that, yet to display his three ball, and so much more. He's barely scratched the surface, imagine on the damage he will do when he can take 3-4+ dribbles and be effective.

I'd be so in favor of DJ going back to LA if that meant the end of the moratorium period.

The NBA needs to let guys sign July 1st instead of just verbal commitments

There's a huge difference between offensive repertoire and offensive potential

Kyrie plays for the Cavs and D'Angelo for the Lakers. Its quite ironic
