Mets acquire RP Tyler Clippard from the A's. He used to play for the Nationals so he has experience in the division. 17 saves and 2.79 ERA, I actually really like the move because it solidifies that setup role for us. With Mejia or Parnell-Clippard-Familia, thats actually pretty good. 
 
Now we just we a legitimate bat and we are in a great position to compete for a playoff spot. But I think Alderson will bet on the return of Cuddyer, Wright, and Darnaud to help the offense which is not a good strategy.
