Francesa is the man. 
 
He's not wrong though, Murphy is a really bad player. No speed, average on base pct, limited power, makes too many mistakes on the basepaths, poor defender. But Mike does fail to realize the importance of heart, clutch hitting, and being a clubhouse leader.
