Harvey pitched a much more efficient and effective game tonight then against the Dodgers. I think that added pressure didnt help in his 1st start and he was a bit rusty.

I'm mildly optimistic about Davis. The reason we let Nelson walk is because we thought Davis could replace him. But if we let Davis walk, there's no one to replace him.

But I shouldn't be getting too optimistic, it'll probably be Steve Pearce and Christian Walker at first next year haha

He had a good year on his contract year obviously but wasn't it last year the dude was swinging like he was Ryan Howard? lol.

Excellent Game 1 by the Mets considering we had 2 days less of rest and we beat Lester

Noahs next for Game 2 against Arrieta

Lots of hard hit balls in the 7th, but he was alright.

The Royals are a much improved team this year. I think it's fair to say last year was kind of flukey, but they are legitimate this year. Their rotation is still a little sketchy but now they only need to win 2 out of the next 5.
