Yea not as overhyped as the previous npb pitchers posted, but he apparently could be a decent mid rotation guy. Dodgers maybe? Was kinda hoping Toronto, but their rotation is pretty much set.

Looks like Ben Zobrist is seriously considering signing with the Mets

Great versality with ok defense and good clutch hitting. Fills the 2B hole and can play 3B so Wright can rest, would love the signing if it happens which I think it will.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are pausing their search for a top starting pitcher in an effort to fortify their middle infield, as Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports they are close to a deal with veteran second baseman Chase Utley.

4:13pm: The Dodgers are discussing a trade with the Reds that would bring Chapman to Los Angeles for prospects, Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports tweets. Obviously, the prospect package likely required to land Chapman would be considerable. The Dodgers do, of course, already have a terrific closer in Kenley Jansen, but having too many great ninth-inning options is an excellent problem to have. A dominant bullpen would also likely help ameliorate any worries the Dodgers might have about their rotation, which just lost Zack Greinke to the Diamondbacks.

8:11am: Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports tweets that the Marlins asked the Dodgers for both Julio Urias and Corey Seager in exchange for Fernandez, illustrating the fact that the Marlins aren’t shopping him but only looking to move him if they can receive an overwhelming return. Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports asked one rival execwhat he thought the Dodgers would need to part with in order to acquire Fernandez, and the exec said Urias, Seager and Scott Van Slyke — an even more sizable haul.

Yea I heard those reports as well, but they just signed Utley. Unless they would bring Utley off the bench to spell Zobrist at 2B and Turner at 3B.
