I've always been optimistic but this year has taken all the optimism away. Call it me being spoiled or whatever but this isn't a pity contest. This is a facing facts. I hope one of your teams does win the Super Bowl in your lifetime so you can realize the next few years after that, each year is different and harping on the past gets really old after a while. Losing is losing plain and simple. As a Saints fan I've experience really bad and really good years. As an LSU fan we've been a top team for years now but we suck this year. The Hornets/Pelicans were never really good and now they're getting there but it's still early. I know how it is in every aspect of fanhood. Being at the bottom every year, being at the top. Everywhere in between. Losing still sucks regardless.

Teddy Bridgewater is starting to get on my nerves. He's a rookie. Rookies take time, but this never scoring points shit is fucking dumb. There are no excuses, whatsoever, to not drop AT LEAST 20 on the Chicago Bears. Pathetic. I'm not convinced that he won't be a bust, at this point. I'm all for patience, but jesus christ, kid.
