Why the hell would Gordon be around those people smoking pot?

I'm sorry, but do you even go out, ever? Gordon is what, 23 years old? He's not going to sleep at 10:30 every night; he's going to party, which I'm pretty sure 80+% of all athletes do when they can.

He could have easily been at a party and needed a DD, because he was too drunk. Already, a good move. Another friend of the DD also needs a ride home, and as that guy enters the car, he's smoking a j. Not only is Gordon too drunk to do anything about it, what option does he have? He needs to get home, and this is his ride back. So he gets second hand smoke in him in the 25 minute drive to his appt. he did nothing wrong. But the weed is still in his system, because it stays in you for a while. IMO it's better that happened than him trying to drive home while drunk


That probably wasn't the scenario that occurred, but it easily could have. You forget; they are still people. Not to mention that weed should be legalized, and they shouldn't get a 10game suspension for smoking weed, when it's less harmful than alcohol. You don't see Dez Bryant getting suspended 10 games for drinking, do you?
