Not sure why you're lumping Brees in with them. No one questioned his talent, they questioned his height.

He's got a weak ass arm though, and he's still amazing. Plus he was never like a blue collar guy. I always thought he was viewed as more a Dalton type?

I could be wrong though as I was 6 when he was drafted lol.

All of the guys listed came in and looked like starters immediately, though.  Kirk has been mediocre at best in every one of his starts to this point, aside from the Browns game.

What about the Falcons game? Sure he threw 2 INTs, but 381 and 3 TD's speaks for itself, IMO

But still, point taken. Counter point though, is tons of great QB's have struggled in their first starts. He's had 4. Let's give him more than 4 games.

EDIT
Also Ravens game with game winning TD should be noted, as well.

You don't get the benefit of the doubt when you're a mid- late round QB though. You have show out early

Brees nearly matched his passing yards on that one completion. Now 6/11 for 24 yards

Does he not get it? I've always thought he was a top 7 back.

In the offseason ranking threads on some message boards, you see guys not even putting him in the top 15.  Everyone gives the ZBS all the credit, and completely brush off Morris as another Mike Anderson or Olandis Gary, and ignore the fact that Morris has a ton of talent.  His vision is outstanding, and you'll rarely ever see a single defender bring him down.

Yeah I love him, myself. I'd put him right there with Marshawn.

Jake Locker: 3/10 16 yards 1 INT. Fuck all those stupid Titans fans who thought he was the one during the off-season. I tried to tell them. He will make some great plays, but he will ALWAYS have games like this, and throw the dumbest INT's. I'm ready for the Mettenberger era. If the Titans are even significant enough to have an era.
