You watch Greg Jennings last year?

And Calvin is a collective unit on his own

Yeah, but Calvin Johnson is worth like two Greg Jennings' and a Jarius Wright.

Also, the difference at QB is so drastic and 80% of the time that's all it takes

Is it all that drastic? Matt Stafford isn't even a top 10 QB. He's inefficient as hell. I mean, yeah, he's a much better QB than Matt Cassel, but we're not talking about a guy who dominates the league and another who doesn't. Stafford's completion % TD:INT ratio aren't all that impressive. He's needed nearly 700 pass attempts each season to accumulate his statistics.

I did, but I also watched who was throwing him the ball.

The Lions have the best receiver in the game, but Minnesota's top 2 WRs are better than Detroit's second and ALL of Minnesota's WRs are better than everybody after that. As a collective unit, Minnesota is better at WR.

You said it yourself, Stafford is "much" better. I think that constitutes as drastic

He's much better because Cassel is trash, but by the time Minnesota and Detroit play, it'll probably be Teddy under center.

A rookie QB who the coaches have deemed not ready enough to play over Cassel, so how much of an upgrade will it be? I'm not talking long term, just this season. They'll call the game really conservative for him out of the gate

That might be the case, but we're also talking about Norv Turner calling plays, here. And we're comparing Minnesota to Detroit, here. Neither has a top 10 QB. Stafford barely cracks into the top 15. He's prolific, but as mentioned before, inefficient.

I witnessed Norv Turner calling plays. Him always going down field is a myth. As any smart coach would, he bases it around his personnel, and I wouldn't classify that as Bridgewater's game.

I don't think it matters. Minnesota has the better personnel, overall, and Teddy would succeed regardless of how the plays were called.

Rookie QBs don't always light the world on fire. I just don't see him making much of an impact year 1 as a pro-style drop back QB. Down the line, I like his potential as I've said, but right now he's probably a marginal upgrade over Cassel. I would definitely start Teddy though, as I hate the idea of playing veteran QBs who have proven to be below average over younger guys who have obvious potential, despite maybe not being completely ready. Best experience you can get is in game.

Tom, why would you EVER tell someone this...

Tom Brady may be known for his poise on the football field — but he acts “immature” at home with his supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, for attention. “I like attention from her, so when I’m not getting it, I let her know in immature ways, like a young, immature child would,” the Patriots’ leader admits in a new Man of the World magazine cover story. “You throw fits…you pout and you whine until you get what you want,” he adds. But, “She’s on to me…So now I have to learn new tricks.”

How does the QB matter in determining which WR is better lol? For statistics, sure, it matters. Overall, no, it does not.

Josh Gordon's locker still has yet to be emptied I guess.

If you've got a player on your fantasy roster who is essentially just a spot filler, pick up Gordon just in case he does file a lawsuit and receives a temporary restraining order.

Seriously? You think he can get away with it now?

No, but if he files a lawsuit he might be able to drag it out in court and suspend the suspension of sorts.
