It  is pretty clear to me that RG3 was single handedly holding this offense back.  What I'm watching now is definitely so much better.

I don't think I've ever seen Hoyer hit a deep ball in stride. The Browns seemingly always have dudes break wide open. Hoyer hits them, but it's never in stride and costs us touchdowns.
