Lin, parsons and picks for melo is a better package than booz and snell
Considering he's a free agent and pick his destination, it doesn't matter what the package is.

Difference being between the two teams is the Bulls will be able to sign Melo outright. Rockets can't.

Harden and Dwight are already fighting over the ball. I know I should want Melo on this team but I don't even want to see them hog the ball in late game possessions.

They both make 15M next year, with cap figures of 8.4M.

I thought the bright side of these deals was that Houston could evenly disburse the payments, but their original teams couldn't.

For me, at this point it's whatever it takes to get Jeremy Lin the hell out of Houston. For every good play he made last night, he countered it with a bad play. Dude had multiple airballs.

He had 6 misses, and scored 21 points. They lose that game without him.

asik is for sure

Lin might be hard, but we've seen worse contracts be moved
Teams wouldn't trade for either player when they were making 8M because they were worried about the year that nearly doubled to 15M. Now we are at that year.

I wouldn't be shocked if Asik is moved, maybe a team with some cap room strikes out on a few guys to start free agency. But Houston would have to come down on their asking price.

Teams are much more willing to spend wildly in free agency but when it comes to after free agency, that willingness all of the sudden becomes a reluctance.

I just don't see a team blowing their cap space to absorb Asik or Lin unless they're getting an asset with one of them. The Rockets are not in a position of leverage. Everyone knows what they want to do.

One game doesn't justify a bad contract for a player who's usually very very bad. He's also a primary reason Houston lost other games, including game 4.

He's really not a primary reason, but whatever fits your narrative.

My God, Robin Lopez gets away with a ton of shit in this series. I know they want to cut him some slack considering who he's matched up with, but Jesus Christ. Dude should have fouled out in every single game so far.
But then you'd come rant about the refs and how he shouldn't have fouled out. If you weren't a homer that is.

Scott Brooks benches Thabo, starts Caron Butler, and moves Perry Jones to the backup 3 over Lamb.

*waits for BWare to criticize him*

This has to be the best home atmosphere I've seen at a Hawks game in my lifetime

Paul George left the bench. Calling for a one game suspension.
