^I mean he's not getting better, as a player. He may not be Kevin Garnett done but he's done growing as a player. Why take a chance on stunting Lamb's obvious progress by removing him from the rotation? It makes no sense to not give him some minutes to see if he can contribute in this series.
Because you don't play to develop players in the playoffs, you play to win the series. Caron Butler is probably the better option.

I would agree with you if the Thunder weren't struggling to score. Caron's not going to hep that cause.

Caron Butler averaged 10.5 points per game this year? I'm not sure we're thinking of the same Caron butler. He's struggled in this series but it's not like he can't score at all anymore

Pretty funny how they are making this intro so big but should've seen it coming.

Hasheem Thabeet doesn't make that layup in Game 2 haha
His FG% is 10% higher.

Anyway, not the point. The point is Kendrick Perkins sucks, like, a lot and Brooks has some weird attachment too him because he won a title in Boston.

This is true, but part of basketball is in game adjustments. You have a perfectly capable player in Jeremy Lamb who you can turn to if Caron's struggling, so do it. I'm not saying Brooks should blindly play Lamb if Lamb struggles, but he should have been given the chance to show that he can produce.

DeAndre. Serge has a much more polished offensive game but DeAndre is a truly special player who's finally getting a chance to show that. If he adds ANY offensive game...goddamn.

Looks like sticking with Butler was the right choice

I'd take DeAndre too. People still don't get that Serge isn't a great defender.

One hot stretch in one quarter doesn't justify poor play during 4 and a half prior games lol

lol. I can't believe they gave Russ that call. Ridiculous. Not even close to a charge. If anything, he was in Lee's landing space. Awful call.

Considering you were arguing for him to give Lamb a chance when sticking with Butler helped get them back into a critical game, it should mean something.
