Stupid play. 1, should not be kicking it out to Bosh for that 3. dumb. 2) if he just makes a move to his left (Hibbert's to his right) that's an easy layup attempt.

PG had a hell of a 4th. That's one to remember.

I think LeBron made the right choice to kick it out, but Bosh should have kicked it to Ray who was also open I believe.

Bosh's shot looked awkward to me. Kinda like it caught him off guard idk

Part of me wants to lose Lebron in the summer so I feel less pretentious when I say I'm a Heat fan.

It's gonna take a while to filter out the bandwagoners again.

So LeBron's streak of double digit games is over? Knowing ESPN they'll say it was *regular season only

Been watching some footage from the Spurs/Thunder series, and people are giving Ibaka too much credit. He does add some things like shot blocking, but it's more so that everyone else is just playing better. Maybe the return of Ibaka gave them a lift, but I don't think Ibaka is having that much of an impact on how Kevin Durant's defense has gone from awful in Games 1 and 2 to very good in Games 3 and 4. Or the Spurs making some very un-Spurs like mistakes like poor floor spacing, not making the extra pass, etc.

How did the Pacers get so many steals around mid court in the second half last night? Were they doing anything different schematically? I was watching the game but also playing cards at the same time so i didn't pay too much attention

It was a couple different things.

They extended full court pressure with Lance Stephenson, he just flat out got a few pick pockets at half court.

The Heat did a very poor job running a stationary offense without proper floor spacing, so it effectively allowed long guys like Paul George to defend two different offensive players in one particular area. The gap between the two were so small that the Pacers were able to play in the passing lane and get some easy steals.

They've been shooting the gap on some screens the entire series, but last night they didn't shoot the gap on any screens. Rather they trailed the screen and got their hands in front of the offensive players body, creating some deflections.

They also fronted the post and actively went after the ball with help coming from the weakside if they gambled and didn't make the play.

Is there not an argument for players changing their individual defensive tactics based on whether or not they have rim protector behind them? I'd say Ibaka's return has everything to do with the Thunder playing better. Due to that, their backcourt can be more aggressive and take more chances.

Granted, I'd have played Steven Adams MUCH more than usual when Ibaka was out, but trust Scott Brooks to overlook the idea. Adams might not be the shot blocker Ibaka is but his sheer size should allow him to use the verticality rules to his advantage.

Sure there is. But it has to be the right argument. I mean Durant isn't suddenly getting around screens, not getting driven by on the perimeter, not getting lost on rotations, etc because Ibaka is back. That's all I'm saying.

Like I said, I think Ibaka more than anything kind of brought OKC back mentally. They were down and out. Now they have the fight.

Where is your complaints towards the refs for screwing over Lebron? If you complain, you gotta make it at least consistent
