This Open Court show on NBATV is pretty good.

I don't know if it's significant or something to keep on an eye on but reporters keep talking about LeBron's back, and he's missing practices for "maintenance". Windhorst went on radio and said he's been dealing with this since his previous Cleveland days and it's nothing to worry about, but still, it would make sense if his back broke down and he died cause Cleveland.

I think he did that more here.

He has to be confused when he's passing to Kyrie and expecting a score instead of Mo Williams

not comparing the two at all but look at all his games played, playoffs, and olympics. tayshaun played a ton and then his back started to mess him up. or so he says. he probably just wanted out of detroit.

He does yoga and works with his personal trainer for 40 minutes before every game and practice so it doesn't become an issue, apparently.

that sounds like an issue. the yoga probably helps a ton. a lot of people use it as a source of pain relief.

The proposed lottery reform is awful, by the way. Good thing I don't have to care about it for at least a couple years

The worst team in the league could end up with the 7th pick. That's so insanely idiotic.

I don't even necessarily like the old lottery system, I would prefer the order to be determined purely by performance, because common sense. But, if they need a lottery, the current one is certainly better than the proposed one.

They're lowering the odds of the better teams getting the #1 pick, but they're improving their odds at getting a top 6 pick. Why?

The only benefit is to give teams a reason to at least be fine with being a meddling late lotto team, but still stupid. Most of the bad teams aren't tanking, they're just not good.

I've said it before, I'm fine with the current system. Assuming nobody's rigging shit.

every team should pick based on standings and then the top three should be lottery imo

The "we're rewarding bad teams, this has to stop" outrage that's out there is kind of funny, because that's the point of a rookie draft. To improve the bad teams.

If the Cavs hadn't won 3 out of 4, nobody would be talking about it. It's fine.

Or Philly doing something that no team has really tried. It's probably the smartest strategy employed by a bad team in some time though.

I hope they finish with 6 wins and still win this new bullshit lotto.
