His defensive replacements are just dumb. Leyland would do it if like Delmon Young was in left but he never brought in a defensive replacement for Miggy when he was playing first. If they don't win the division and don't win the wild card game he has to go imo. He hasn't proven he can do any managerial task at a competant level.
