The Yankees lost today due to mental retardation.  How Girardi doesn't bring in a lefty to put Alex Avila to sleep is something I'll never understand.  Avila's splits vs. RHP and LHP are so drastically different that everyone on this forum and some of our pets would have brought a LHP in.
