Next time maybe don't go shoulder to shoulder with a guy probably 60lbs heavier than you who is charging at full speed?

Greinke hit him intentionally and we all know it. Let it teach him a lesson. I think Greinke's a great pitcher and I'd take him with the Twins in a heartbeat, but that was clearly intentional.

It's a 1 run ball game, with a runner already on, and he's intentionally hitting people with the count full? If it was intentional, the Grienke's got bigger problems.

Him getting a serious injury is teaching him a lesson?

I don't think it was intentional at all, Quentin is pissed because he was just got back into the lineup after being hit on the wrist and having to sit out a couple of games.

I feel like you literally just say the opposite of everything that's right

not intentional at all what a load of shit
quentin has been hit more than any batter for a reason. he dives over the plate

that AB too. all curve balls until it was 2-2. then greinke gave him a fastball below the knees so it's a 3-2 count. then he hit him on the shoulder

dogers were in a 2-1 game in the 6th inning. not hitting him on purpose. quentin is a dick and now zack is out a while

greinke is 13th in innings the past i think 5 or 6 years. 75th in hit batters. it's not what he does. quentin literally leads baseball every year in HBP's

the only positive is that it's april, it's his non-throwing arm, and even if he';s out 3 months he'll pitch again this season. dodgers do have depth. we could use lilly or capuano.

but im so pissed. night's sleep didnt do anything for me

Quentin was definitely wrong to be so upset but I'm more annoyed with everyone blaming him for Grienke's injury. If Grienke tries to move out of the way, he doesn't get hit. Hell, we've seen pitchers go low like that and not break their collarbone. Mattingly saying Quentin should be out as long as Grienke is a gross overreaction to what happened.

yes perhaps

quentin does deserve a large suspension though. looking at history of the two, history of quentin getting hit even more by other guys, the situation of the game. it looks premeditated

greinke even said last night he always thinks he's trying to hit him, but quentin is wrong. and remember, greinke said he chose the dodgers because they offered him more money lol. pretty honest guy

Quentin practically stands on the plate, you have to throw him inside.
