I can't believe people expected Trout to take a step back from last year. He's basically improved his hitting across the board. Pretty scary for a 22 year old.

And he will still lose the MVP race to Miggy :)
 
Feel kinda bad for Trout and Davis lol. Put them in the NL and they both win easily.

miggy should take it. I like WAR but I also like OPS+ and Miggy is killing that stat.

Meh only .6 higher. And though I don't really know what goes into a WAR but I'm assuming if you are a great player on a bad team (record wise) your WAR would naturally be a bit higher.

It's just a rating saying how much better they are than the average player, on what the stat creator finds important.

Base running, fielding, and batting. Holy grail of stats. And .6 is significant over a single season.

Well last year it was like 4 points higher, so that's why I said only .6.
