Those are YOUR predictions or someone else's?

And you think Payton and the Saints will go to the SB?

If both the Cowboys and Vikings get 4th in their divisions, I'll give up on football. The Cowboys currently look like the best team in the East, the Vikings the second best team in North. That's why they play the games, but I personally guarantee that there needs to be a massive implosion for either team to finish fourth in their divisions.

AFC

East:
1. Patriots
2. Jets--This is my bold prediction. It's a long shot, but it'll probably be my only bold pick. I actually love what they've done in the offseason.
3. Bills
4. Dolphins

Explanation: The Pats are still the team to beat because they still have a far superior coaching staff and the best quarterback of the past decade (though he's the second best quarterback in the league, right now). The Jets will be much better, with a revamped defense that no longer has the constant distraction of Revis' contract issues. The offense will still stutter here and there but Sporano was an obvious failure who had to go. The Bills will turn the corner under Marrone, but it won't be enough in year one. EJ Manuel, if he gets the starting nod, will struggle right away but will eventually come around about mid season. The Dolphins are improved, yes, but I still don't like their team as a whole. Mike Wallace is drastically overrated. Their RB situation looks like it could turn out to be nightmarish. Tannehill is solid but losing Jake Long will prove to be disastrous.

North:
1. Ravens
2. Bengals
3. Steelers
4. Browns

Explanation: It's popular to be down on the Ravens, especially after Dennis Pitta went out with a hip injury that'd make most men squeamish, but I'm telling that the Ravens are still the team to beat in the AFC North. They have a quarterback who's about as unflappable as they come, and he's worked with worse weapons in his career. Ray Rice is still there. Torrey Smith is still there. Cam Cameron is gone, and Flacco will showcase his real abilities this coming season. Watch out for Tandon Doss, who I think could overtake Jacoby Jones for the #2 WR spot. The Bengals have been slowly rebuilding, boasting WC teams for the past two seasons. Unfortunately, Andy Dalton has shit the bed in both playoff games. I expect the Bengals to still be a strong regular season team who might finally get over the hump this next post season. I don't like what the Steelers have done over the offseason, and though they have the best coach in the division, the past few years have proven that a great head coach can only do so much. Hopefully, the end of last season wasn't the beginning of the end for Big Ben, and I don't expect it to be, but if he struggles a bit this upcoming season, we'll know where it all started. As for the Browns, I am a Weeden fan, and I expect them to be better, but don't expect major strides in the win column until two or three years down the road.

South:
1. Texans
2. Colts
3. Jaguars
4. Titans

Explanation: This explanation won't be nearly as long-winded as those previous. The Texans are still going to dominate this division. The Colts will be better, but not good enough to overtake Houston. Watch out for DHB in Indianapolis. I expect him to do much better with a real QB. The Jags and Titans are essentially NFL laughingstocks for the 2013 season, but watch out in the years to come.

West:
1. Broncos
2. Chiefs
3. Chargers
4. Raiders

Explanation: The Broncos will win this division, but the Chiefs are going to compete. We all know what Denver has to offer, but with a much better QB the Kansas City Chiefs will be the surprise of the 2013 season, thanks to Alex Smith's efficiency and the best season of Jamaal Charles' career. The Chargers have the second best QB in the division, and Rivers' turnovers will be down, but they won't be good enough to really compete past the 8-10 week mark. The Raiders? Do I even need to say anything about them?

NFC

East:
1. Cowboys
2. Giants
3. Redskins
4. Eagles

Explanation: I rarely am so confident in the Dallas Cowboys, but this coming season should be a great one as long as they don't have the massive injury totals of last year's team. If Lee and Carter don't go down last year, that Cowboys team makes the playoffs simply because they would have won several more games. Romo is poised for his best year thanks to the freakish Dez Bryant and hopefully revitalized Miles Austin. DeMarco Murray is actually healthy. Spencer and Ratliff having early injuries is somewhat frightening but I think they'll be OK. I'm fully prepared to eat my words if this doesn't come to fruition, but I sure hope they are as good as they look right now. The Giants are due for another playoff birth, simply because of Tom Coughlin's presence, and I fully expect them to compete with Dallas. The Redskins are going to struggle because Griffin is going to struggle. Much like Cam Newton, he'll have issues in is second season. The Eagles will show progress, especially after they finally give up on Michael Vick around the midway point, but it won't be enough to avoid a second straight cellar dweller season.

North:
1. Packers
2. Vikings
3. Bears
4. Lions

Explanation: The Packers currently boast the best QB in football, but their defense and running game is always questionable. I expect Rodgers to carry them to yet another division title, but the Vikings will be right on their tails, especially if Minnesota can pull off a 2-0 start after traveling to both Detroit and Chicago. The Bears will be better, but without Lovie Smith's defense causing turnovers, they'll struggle to win games this year. The Lions still have the pathetic Scott Linehan calling perhaps the dumbest offense in the NFL. It's too reliant on the passing game, and Reggie Bush isn't going to fix their running game. Their defense is still suspect, and it's time to get off the Jim Schwartz bandwagon.

South:
1. Bucs
2. Falcons
3. Saints
4. Panthers

Explanation: The Bucs had a great offseason, and it'll show this coming season. The Falcons are overrated, as are the Saints. The Panthers need to move on from Ron Rivera.

West:
1. Seahawks
2. 49ers
3. Cardinals
4. Rams

Explanation: The Seahawks have the best roster, and Colin Kaepernick is going to struggle this coming season. The Cardinals will be much better, but not good enough to overtake either SF or Seattle. The Rams will find out that Sam Bradford isn't going to work out at the NFL level, though they'll be a very scary home team.

I feel like the Bucs have the best overall roster, which is why I picked them.

I can confidently say the Saints will not make it to the Super Bowl. and lmao best overall roster?
And how can a team that has had 10+ wins 4 of the past 5 years be "overrated"?

Because only once in those 5 years did they not get their shit kicked when they got to the playoffs.

But people love to doubt the Falcons. Believe me, nobody is overrating them

Fair enough, but I was saying overrated in the sense that most people expect them to win their division fairly easily.

I really don't know where all the Saints love is coming from. They still only have Drew Brees and Jimmy Graham, imo.

and yet your boy tony romo is supposedly underrated, despite being considered the worst playoff QB in this generation?

Considered the worst playoff QB because of what? You look back and realize that he actually played very well in his playoff games...
