How about Demarcus Cousins? Or Larry Sanders? Eric Bledsoe? Avery Bradley? Hell, even Lance Stevenson?

 
It's not that bad.  Hayward is actually a good player, the guy shoots incredible numbers from beyond the arc (47% spoting up and 53% of screens) and he's a very very solid defender.  So he plays two ends.  Where as Cousins is a head case then basically the rest of those guys play one end.
