Jeremy Lin is the worst defender at the PG position in the league, bar none.

James Harden is one of the worst defenders in the league.

If Houston's guards don't defend, this is a sweep with double digit point differentials across the board.

Tracy seems like a chill dude. Hope he sees some minutes and makes the most of them.
World class athlete. Thoroughly enjoyed him in his time here in Detroit.

The Thunder are the better team, but they shouldn't be throttling Houston like this. At this point, the Rockets are just wasting their fans' time. Show up to fucking play, asshats.

Also--James Harden: You either play defense or I won't care if you find the bench, no matter how fucked we are without you. Play some motherfucking defense.

You know, I'd buy that, but it's not that he doesn't try whatsoever, he just has a tendency to fall asleep. Players cut the baseline for jams and layups on him at least twice a game, and he doesn't move laterally at all. Both him and Jeremy Lin appear to have their feet set in concrete on defense.

EDIT: I know you were being sarcastic.

There is no reason that Terrence Jones or Donatas Motiejunas shouldn't have seen the floor by now. We don't only have two bigs. Why have only Asik and Smith seen the court? I hate Kevin McHale so fucking much I can't even put it into perspective. If they can play in the regular season, they can play now.

Also...BULLSHIT charge call on Harden. Durant was moving. That was in no way an offensive foul.

i hate that charges can only be called while theyre planted. a charge is a charge and i wouldve called that.

It was not. Harden was full speed ahead and Durant did the classic slide underneath an oncoming player. That was not a charge.

It's like the Thunder can't miss and Houston can't hit a damn thing. It won't be this drastic again in the series, but this is still borderline cruelty on Houston's part with the way they simply didn't even show up but for a ten minute stretch in quarters one and two. This is hard, because the Thunder aren't 30-40 points better than Houston, but if you flat out don't show up, and your point guard shits the bed worse than any player has so far in the playoffs, this is what's going to happen.

If Lin struggles this mightily throughout the series, I want to cut him in the offseason. I want to part ways and call it an undeniably failed experiment. I hate the fucker and want him to go.

McHale can go, too.

Was thinking the same. Hell, the whole weekend was pretty weak. Every higher seed won game one.

Celtics-Nets was good.  Warriors-Nuggets was good.

That's it.

I look forward to DN/GS, LAC/MEM, and SA/LAL going forward. Nothing else. The rest of the first round is a friggin' wash.
