I think Nerlens will have an Andre type impact year one. Just a guy who scores off rebounds and what not, scoring with his speed and leaping ability. Will certainly have to bulk up though.

I wouldn't expect much year 1. He probably won't be healthy until January, and the Cavs will almost surely overpay a big on a 1 year deal for depth.
 
But after saying that, Varejao should be injured by then, and he'll get minutes.

I'm not so sure if this is true.  Obviously you could argue some of it had to do with competition, but Drummond's total rebound rate of 21% would have put him in the "elite" category in terms of rebounding.  Where as you look at a guy like Noel, his 16% rebound rate in college wasn't all that spectacular.  Honestly it seems kind of average because all the top bigs in this years class held rebound percentages of 16%, except for Zeller who was a hair shy at like 15.8% or something like that.
 
Add to that his weight, 206 lbs is incredibly skinny.  People talked about Anthony Davis being to skinny and kind of getting banged around this year a little, he weighed in at 222 lbs.  I mean Victor Oladipo weighs 213.  I'm also not sold that he has the frame to really put on weight and add a lot of muscle, he's going to be very skinny and light his entire career.

Noel was around 225 before his injury. He hasn't been able to do much in terms of strength and conditioning so he's lost weight since the surgery

I'm even sure I want him to bulk up anyway. 240 would be fine with me, which is attainable. His advantage is his quickness, ability to show hard on every pick and recover and versatility to guard a number of players. Put on too much weight and that could end
 
Obviously everyone knew he was a one and done, but he was on pace to become Kentucky's all time steals leader if he had stayed the 4 years, as a center.
