They just don't have a guy they can rely on for offense on the second unit.  With Rose on his game, they have plenty of firepower in the starting five.

Boozer has become really complacent since the first quarter for some reason, and they need him in hopes of having a more successful offensive team. Butler and Rose aren't playing very well, and Dunleavy has only gotten one shot. But they're still ahead so...
