Remember when everyone was going nuts when the Sixers started the season nicely? lmao.

19 in a row, what a joke.

They have a future of early playoff exits. Nothing more.

PG: Michael-Carter Williams
SG: Zach LaVine
SF: Andrew Wiggins
PF: Thad Young (until traded)
C: Nerlens Noel

That's a fantastic core, if the draft played out that way

It's not clear if three of those guys can even play at the NBA level yet though.

Correct, it's subjective, it's how you view each one of those guys futures. I tend to view all 3 of those guys favorably, as I was just about the only person here advocating Nerlens Noel last season.

Nola doesn't sound like a "RINGGGZ" guy, sounds like a Pelicans fan who wants to be the clear victor in their draft day trade, which stipulates Noel busting, the late lotto pick busting, and the team going no where lol.

I've stated numerous times that placing the tag "winner" or "loser" of a trade is ridiculous. What Philly ends up doing in the future has no impact on whether I am satisfied with that trade or not for my own team.

Hell I wrote damn near a book on the subject one time.

Yes, but it impacts the general public, and that's annoying to everyone

If Noel and whoever the guy the 76ers draft with the Pelicans pick both turn out to be studs, that's all you're ever going to read about in the media pertaining to the Pels, how they messed up not putting those guys next to AD until they turn the corner themselves.

The Clippers would still be plagued by "trading" Kyrie if they never got CP3 and still sucked.

Oh I get what you're saying, you're agreeing with me about the need to put each trade into the "win, loss" category.
