Now he is but does he develop the same way in Detroit? Probably not

he would have been starting sooner in detroit. it could have actually made him better, faster. i agree though. but dumping him for nothing didn't help either.

i forgot they weren't starting jr. still, he would have been getting enough minutes to develop out. i don't think a different team shapes him thst much. his game has been the same. hr would have been the same work horse and gotten better.

I think the chances you're getting both in practice and games can shape how a player develops a lot.
