It's what he's wanted to do since day 1. He did everything he needed to do to get into field early. He was interning at a local sports radio station at like 15. Interviewing and meeting with players from the Magic (his fav. team) a few years after that. 
 
When he had his first interview with Dwight he didn't know where to post it so he just posted it on OTR lolol.

Oh yeah I agree. The kid has no personality and most of his "jokes" are recycled. But gotta give him props for putting his mind to something and really doing it
