All Cruz did was run a go route... the most basic route in the route tree to run. The only thing Madieu Williams had to do was stay over the top and not look in the backfield.

It had more to do with a blown coverage assignment by a safety that has no business starting in the NFL than Cruz doing anything fundamentally spectacular. Cruz is an extremely gifted receiver no doubt, I'm not trying to take anything away from him or Eli, but Hall is probably right.

Hall is still by far my least favorite Redskin, and 2nd most hated all time. Worthless piece of shit.

I agree, the play was nothing special. I also think that we would have scored regardless with a minute left and Eli on the field so there's that.
