It's tough to say. He has a natrual feel for the game. Looks pretty poised in the pocket. He shouldn't be starting as a rookie though.

They'd be better off in the short term with Flynn under center.

It depends what you want out of your QB. He's a great leader and will protect the ball, but very capable of big plays too. IMO he can be a franchise QB for the style Seattle plays. Much like Alex Smith is a franchise QB for the 49ers. And we can't forget Wilson only is a rookie, he will get better.

I like Russell Wilson, and I think he can be a franchise QB. Only thing that could get him in trouble is trying to extend the plays. He can do it, but he got himself in trouble when he scrambled and got sacked, but that can happen to every QB. It didn't happen often tonight, but I think he should be fine because of the poise he has. Plus, he already has the awareness to throw the ball away, when nothing is there, instead of trying to force it. Sometimes it's hard to believe he's a rookie when he plays like this.
