Nobody in the Lions secondary can defend anybody, so take that for what it's worth.

This is a joke, right? There's a reason the league has become known as "the no fun league." He's turning the game into flag football, and now you're having teams investigating because they got a little to playing FOOTBALL?

What a joke. Think of all the bad things (on and off the field) that have gone on since he took over for Tagliabue.

Stern is easily a better commissioner than he is.
You are just being biased because he's giving the Saints what they deserve. Sure he's done things people don't agree with, but he's done a lot of good things as well.

Hell, even the Pats were deserving of punishment. They got caught cheating.

However, videotaping in the wrong zone << having a coach pay a guy $4500 to injure a player badly enough that he can't play for the rest of the game, especially for a guy who fines anyone who hits their opponent with force.

Go back before the Saints stuff, I thought Goodell was doing a piss poor job way before that. The NFL has gradually gotten worse since he took over, and above all else the players don't respect him. He's on a mission to ruin football, and right now he's succeeding.

Though I'll admit the whole manipulating statements and refusal to provide the NFLPA with evidence of the whole bounty program doesn't help the matter. He also said evidence would be released by June 15th, only three days to live up to that.

That facemask is brilliant. Any D-Lineman with a brain will be wearing one similar to it this year.

You'll be agreeing with me when it's flag football in five years...

Apparently teams are now penalized for having too much contact in practice? What a load of bullshit.

It's been proven every single hit a person takes affects the brain. It's only safe to limit hitting in practice when it isn't necessary. Guys in the NFL should know how to tackle by now.

Chase Daniels broke his thumb. And I guess people are saying that the Saints aren't looking good at all in the practices.

On the other hand I guess Fairley is impressing the shit out of the coaches. But its only practice, but hope he can stay healthy this season because he showed some flashes last year.
