PREDICTION: If KC doesn't get the first overall, Philly trades up for Geno Smith

They are still a game back, so not really. But in much better position with Giants losing tonight. Redskins might take the division.
Controlling your own destiny means you have the ability to make the playoffs if you win out no matter what happens to anyone else.

If the Giants win out they win the division though
And if the Seahawks win out, the Cowboys can't get a WC either

Lions started the year with Calvin Johnson - Nate Burleson - Titus Young - Ryan Broyles.
They will end the season with Calvin Johnson - Mike Thomas - Kris Durham.

Yeah, that's what I was referring to. The Cowboys will need to win and get some help to get in. They can win out and still miss the playoffs if the Giants & Seahawks don't lose. It's not controlling your own destiny to me when you are counting on other teams losing. So it does matter what happens to a few other teams.

I basically said it knowing for a fact the Giants aren't winning out with that schedule. But fair enough

Looking at the remaining schedules, it looks like the Washington Redskins have the best chance in the NFC East.

The Browns will be the team that shuts the door on the Redskins playoff chances.

They still have games left against Baltimore and Dallas, but Cleveland will be the one they lose... I guarantee it.

I know you're saying it as a Redskins always fuck up kind of way, but the Browns have been competitive in just about every game.

They have. I personally give the Browns a good chance in that one too. The Redskins aren't beating the Ravens, though.

The Browns apparently have a reality TV show?

Who decided it was a good idea to put the Browns of all teams on TV? lol
