No shot they get Dwight. Lots of talk from actual doctors that the timetable for Lopez's return isn't realistic. I also don't think the Magic are too interested in the deal Jersey was offering anyway.
Doesn't matter if the Magic are interested, it's the Nets package, an injury-prone Bynum, or he walks. The Mavs have nothing to offer and the Magic have nothing that would get a player good enough to keep Dwight in Orlando.

I know he has interest in LA, but Dwight going to LA is suicide for that team. How do you think the egotistical Kobe is going to feel as he gets phased out as the star of the team? We've already seen him feud with a superstar center and how that turned out in the following seasons after his departure.

Letting him walk though, is that really that bad? They could probably get a nice sign-and-trade if he went to Dallas with Deron.

What are they gonna get back from Dallas in a S&T? They have literally nothing of value.

We learned who has the leverage through the Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony trade talks.

The team with the star has the leverage, not the other way around like so many people think.

Different situations. Dwight is interested in old teams with little trade pieces (LA and Dallas) with Jersey being the only place that can offer the salary relief and still give them back some young pieces.

CP3 and Melo both had two teams bidding against each other with quality young players to offer back.

The Nets can offer more to a rebuilding team than the Lakers and Mavs could and won't be involved in a bidding war because they're the lone team with the pieces to make a deal.

Norris Cole picked a little early in the season to have the game of his life.

But lol this is great for Miami. LeBron doesn't have to touch the ball in the fourth tonight.
