I love how nobody talks about the Spurs because they are quiet and act professionally. They are one of the best teams in the league and they get no media attention because they dont create any buzz or drama. These guys are really old, but they still play great as a team.

They are a team, I don't think you can say that about a lot of other "teams" in this league.

They were doing just as well last year and lost in the first round of the playoffs by Memphis.

Manu got injured at the end of last year and I think it wouldve been a whole different story if they had him healthy. Grizz also didnt have Gay and they are a dangerous team, but the Spurs need some recognition like the Thunder Heat and Bulls do.

The Thunder Heat and Bulls get a lot of recognition because they are the teams people have to win the title. The Spurs pulled a great regular season record last season only to get eliminated in the first round. They aren't going to give Spurs recognition by saying" Everyone watch out for the Spurs, they can be serious contenders despite their age". Tony Parker even said the Spurs can no longer contend for a championship.

He said that out of frustration after the playoff loss. If anybody doesn't think this team can contend, they're stupid. They have won eleven in a row and are now tied for first in the West. Their rotation has preserved the legs of Parker and Duncan, so they will be fresh for the playoffs. It all hinges on whether or not Manu can stay healthy though. They could be prone for an upset with a bad matchup, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Regardless, it's another age-defying season for the Spurs, and another COTY masterpiece by Pop.

Andrew Bynum is such a dumbfuck.

51 seconds left in the half and he comes out of nowhere and fouls Greivis while he was bringing the ball up court, then throws up a airball after getting a double the next possession lol

Lol well it didn't help that the Magic were on fire from 3. Redick and Richardson were like a combined 10-14.
