They're obviously a great team, but not double digits better than the Heat great. If Miami stopped giving the ball away it would be closer. OKC's not even forcing a ton of of turnovers, we've just been careless.

I've always hated JVG after what he said during draft day about Cole Aldridge


Aldridge gets drafted by the Hornets, and in his little interview, he said he was so happy, because he went from playing with Sherron Collins, to Chris Paul.

10 minutes later, he was traded to OKC (trade happened before the selection, just wasn't announced), and JVG made a remark on how he got traded because he compared Collins to Paul.

The "no effort" excuse is the worst in basketball. Any time a great team loses that's what is said. Great teams can get outplayed.

I think no effort is fairly accurate in this case.
