Westbrook isn't the reason for his 5 less minutes

i know

its not even about trading westbrook

On that game winner, you can see his dad jump up and basically run onto the court after he hits it lol

I think top 10 is a no brainer, and he's on the cusp of top 5. Westbrook, Rose, CP3 and Deron are better, but I think you could make an argument over everyone else. Not many have his ability to get to the rim and finish to go along with excellent shooting ability.

I think because his assists numbers are low, he'd be at like 7-10 range.
But as for scoring points, top 5 probably.

His assist numbers are a bit concerning thus far, but I don't know how much to expect when he's playing the majority of his minutes with Antawn Jamison, Anthony Parker and Omri Casspi. Varejao isn't much of a threat to score but he's good on pick and rolls so I'd say hes a positive for Kyrie on offense.

Once he scores like this and gets a bit more assists, I'd put him at like 5-6.
So probably a year or two. Has the potential for sure though.

Other than last night, Knight has been looking pretty good.
I think like 16 and 6 isn't out of the question for next season.

He's getting 5 a game in 28 minutes with no scoring threats on the court at the same time as him, so I don't know how you could say the assists won't always be there. Right now he has to be a scorer, but his assists will go up considerably once we add more scoring threats.

Your point being? It's not like he's chucking for his numbers (50% from the field, 40% from 3). If anything, he should be shooting more, but he actually looks for open team mates and doesn't just have a scorers mentality. Jamison, Parker and Casspi have bricked so many open looks he's given them this year.

He would excel in an uptempo offense as well, but he can barely push the tempo because he plays with the most unathletic starting lineup in the league.
