Yeah I thought Wes Johnson was poised for a real good year this season. Weird they give him up and a 1st for basically a few extra million.

They got enough depth in SF, that's why they traded him I guess, I wonder if Wes will play as a starting SF in Pheonix.

The Clippers and free-agent Ronny Turiaf have agreed to a one-year, veteran’s minimum contract worth $1.146 million

Wes has all kinds of potential and is a good defender, so I'm sad to see the Wolves ditch him so early, but there was no excuse for how bad he was shooting. It's like he had a mental block that prevented him from making ANY shot.

Josh Howard has narrowed his list of potential landing spots to Brooklyn, New York, Utah, Indiana and Golden State and is expected to soon make a decision.

An unrestricted free agent, Howard averaged 8.7 points and 3.7 rebounds in 43 games for the Jazz last season.

he's solid player, of course when he was in Dallas he was a very good player, I could see him going to Indiana or Brooklyn

Howard would be a decent pickup for the Nets especially considering they missed out on AK-47. Not a star player anymore, but still provides decent play off the bench

Carl Landry's deal with Golden State pays him $8 million for two years, Bartelstein says. Player option on second year.

Under the radar signing. One of the better post scorers in the NBA.

Golden State got a good deal on Carl Landry. I fully expect him to produce barring injury.

I love this front court that Golden State is putting together. Bogut-Lee-Landry. Goddamn.

Free agent guard Roger Mason has agreed to terms on a contract with the New Orleans Hornets, a source tells Yahoo! Sports.
Decent vet pickup I guess.

Could be great to have such assets off the bench. Brooklyn is finally coming together.
