Cards agree to terms with RB Chester Taylor. So that didn't take long at all
Decent back-up. Won't push Beenie for the starting spot.

Williams was getting reps at fullback during the preseason, so he's got some versatility.

Chiefs placed TE Tony Moeaki (knee) on injured reserve, ending his season.
More fallout from coach Todd Haley's decision to play his starters in the preseason finale. There's no word yet on the specifics of Moeaki's injury, but it's not the same knee that was arthroscopically repaired this past offseason. While the Kansas City Star suggests the Chiefs will shop for a receiving tight end, this is a major loss regardless. The coaching staff had big plans for Moeaki, a talented all-around tight end on the brink of a breakout season. Leonard Pope is expected to take over as the starter. He's not a fantasy factor.

Brandon Pettigrew has changed his number from 84 to 87; Doug Hogue (now 57) and Justin Durant (now 52) have swapped numbers.
Smh pettigrew. 87 is a horrible number lol. I would be pissed if I had a pettigrew jersey haha.

Wonder if the Chiefs are going to hit up the Panthers about Shockey now that Carolina has Greg Olson. Don't know how much Shockey has left in the tank but he's definitely an upgrade over Leonard Pope in terms of being a pass-catching TE.

not at all dude. not at all.

Gronk had 200 less yards, in 30 less catches, yet had 6 more TDs. And thats because he's a split TE.

Gronkowski is a great, all around TE. Very very strong blocker (can probably pass as a OT because of his 6'7" height), yet he has great hands.

He's going to be a top 5 TE, very soon.
