It's hard saying what will happen, I don't see Palmer going anywhere anyways but I could be wrong. Latest mock draft I seen was the Bengals taking Christian Ponder in the second round.

Yeah, he's been doing well. So has Michael Johnson, he's quick and bats a lot of balls down. They might go OL to protect Palmer more, not sure. Need upgrades at a lot of positions.

If we are out of the 1st pick, then we take AJ Green. It's simple.
