[SIZE=12pt]Kyrie Irving PG - #TankForKyrie is alive and well. The Duke freshman didn’t play much but didn’t need to, to put his name on the top of most if not all teams’ draft boards this year. Kyrie is a franchise player and the Kings would call this a successful draft if they are lucky enough to grab him. They do have 2 other promising young PGs in Teague and Dragic, and will likely need to sort that out, but Kyrie would supplant all of them right away in the lineup. He has the handles to get by guys in traffic or space, he's intelligent, and can score from all 3 levels.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Kawhi Leonard, maybe the Kings are high on Teague and Dragic as their guards moving forward, if so, drafting a skilled wing in Leonard would fill a massive hole for the Kings.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Kawhi Leonard SF - The San Diego State sophomore enters the draft with defense that should help a team out right away. Drafting Leonard may have the Bucks shift Josh Smith to PF so both he and Kawhi can be on the floor together and shut down opposing teams with their strong defense. The Bucks don’t have a ton of value on their roster outside of Josh Smith, Brandon Sessions and franchise player Ramon Sessions, but they are a young team and have 2 more first round picks this year, so they should be able to add some more young pieces to the group. Getting an upgrade at PG would also be another option if they continue to have Jennings play SG.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Nikola Vucevic or Kenneth Faried could be a nice piece to add to this team. The Bucks lack rebounding, they average 47.5 a game which is 28th best in the league, or in other words 2nd worst. Bringing in a big like Vucevic or a rebounding 4 like Faried who are rebounding machines would certainly help to get the ball into Jennings or Sessions’ hands to get out on breaks.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Ricky Rubio PG - The 21-year-old sensation from Spain has decided to make the jump to the NBA finally and will look to bring his playmaking skills to a team. The Grizzlies have a pretty old squad with 5 players on their roster over 30 years of age, but they also have young star center DeMarcus Cousins. Rubio and Cousins would make for one hell of a duo. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Another PG could also find his way to Memphis with this pick, insert Kemba Walker. This young player lead UCONN to a national championship run with his ability to score (averaged 23.5 ppg) and to create plays off the dribble, he would also make a very good 1-2 punch with Cousins.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Miami Heat[/SIZE][SIZE=12pt] (29-47)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]Needs: SG/SF, C[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Klay Thompson SG - The junior from Washington state is a sharpshooter who can really help space the floor. The Heat have two young stud PGs in Deron Williams and Ty Lawson and adding another one in Kemba Walker just wouldn’t make a ton of sense unless they had some trades brewing. So, they pick Thompson to provide excellent outside shooting on the wing (a position of need) to pair with Williams/Lawson and Favors down low. Thompson averaged 21.6 points per game last season to go with almost 4 assists and 5 rebounds while going 39% from 3.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Bismack Biyombo could also be a nice defending big to pair next to Favors down low. With both of them defending, blocking shots (Biyombo averaged 2.3 blocks in 14 games in the Spanish ACB league last season in just 17mpg), and rebounding, the Heat would not have many things to worry about with them.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Kemba Walker PG – If Kemba Walker falls to Utah, they would be extremely lucky. With Lin and Mills on board they may not have a huge glaring need at PG, but the opportunity would be too great to pass up. Walker would add a bonafide scorer to a team in desperate need of everything at the moment. On the brightside they do have a lot of young pieces that are waiting to be developed. The question is will they develop or just flounder?[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: With 8 expiring contracts there is a chance this team looks completely different next season, but one area could be to add another big. Kenneth Faried could help bring some much-needed energy to this team. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Indiana Pacers[/SIZE] [SIZE=12pt](41-38) [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]From Portland (30-43)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]Needs: SG/SF, PG[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Jimmy Butler SG - A bit of a wild card, Butler the senior out of Marquette is a very versatile player who can and is willing to guard several positions on the floor. He has a high basketball IQ and will get to the FT line. He will need to work on his shooting and ball handling, but his defense alone should make him a nice prospect in this draft. The Pacers have JaVale McGee and Andrew Bynum to hold things down around the hoop, so bringing in a guy like Butler to provide some perimeter defense alongside an aging Baron Davis will help this team out.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Reggie Jackson/Isaiah Thomas/Brandon Knight, these youngish (not so much Thomas) PGs bring outside shooting and decent handles that could backup Davis until he decides to call it quits or starts to regress.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Needs: PF, C, SF[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Kenneth Faried PF - The senior out of Morehead State has a knack for getting the ball around the rim and finishing. He’s a hardnosed player who loves to bang down low and will bring a lot of energy to a team. He averaged 17.6 ppg and 14.5 rpg with 2.4 bpg. They don’t call him the manimal for nothing. The Nets have nice young pieces in Lowry, Evans, Young and possibly Hawes, but they would benefit from adding a big who is better than Hawes or a PF. So this pick would make perfect sense here. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Tristan Thompson or Jonas Valanciunas would make a lot of sense here. Both would be instant upgrades over Hawes arguably. The Nets struggle to block shots only blocking a little over 3 a game and adding a C like Thompson could bring that up. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Enes Kanter C - Big man out of Kentucky, who didn’t play due to eligibility issues has enough physical tools to make teams salivate at the thought of adding him to their team. He may seem like a question mark with DeAndre Jordan on the team but Kanter is much more of an offensive big and could work well playing alongside a defensive player like Jordan.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Isaiah Thomas, with aging PGs Nash and Billups, Thomas could breathe new life into the position. He’s undersized but he makes it work as he averaged 16.8 ppg with 3.5 rpg (despite being 5’9”) and 6.1 apg.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Jonas Valanciunas C - Big man out of Lithuania is a massive human standing 7’ with a 7’6 wingspan. He is an efficient shooter around the basket, has great touch, and rebounds very well. He also makes his FTs which is a big plus for someone his size. The Clippers don’t really have a C right now to pair with Bosh and Splitter, so Valanciunas would be a good C to have there.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Maybe the Clippers want Bosh or Splitter to man the C spot, and get a wing they also need, in that case look at Chandler Parsons to fill that void. Parsons is a good all-around player that can shoot a bit, pass a bit and even grab some rebounds a bit. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Reggie Jackson PG - The Boston College guard has a big wingspan and is a very good athlete. He can shoot and rebound well for a player at his position too. The Pistons currently only have Earl Watson as the only PG on the roster, so picking another one in the draft is almost a must. They also have the luxury of having 2 late first round picks in this draft as well. They should be able to fill some holes on their team. Eric Gordon, Ryan Anderson, and Marcin Gortat are the main bright spots on this team right now. So, plugging in an athlete like Jackson just makes sense for this squad.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Once again, well-rounded Chandler Parsons would make sense here to go along with what the Pistons are already doing. Another option could be Isaiah Thomas if Jackson doesn’t tickle their fancy.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Nikola Vucevic C – The Hawks need help just about everywhere outside of Stephen Curry, they also have a promising young C in Brook Lopez, so taking the best available player makes sense and Vucevic has to be in that conversation. Vucevic is an elite rebounder (he averaged 10.3 rpg during his final season at USC), he also has a good face-up game, good touch around the post with good touch and hands. He could possibly play next to Lopez (who is not a great rebounder) and help balance things out.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Bismack Biyombo, another big who can rebound but also really defend his arse off. If that is more of the Hawks style look for them to give him a look over or two at this spot.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Bismack Biyombo C - A defensive big from Spain, Biyombo brings all the defense you could want at the C spot. With already having taken Kawhi Leonard earlier in the draft, Biyombo fills another hole this team needs filled. Coming over from Spain Biyombo didn’t get a ton of minutes but did show promise, he has a strong body, huge wingspan (7’7), explosive jumping ability which allows him to block shots and pull-down rebounds. He seems like a no brainer pick here.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: If Biyombo isn’t their cup of tea they could look at another big man, Tristan Thompson C out of Texas. Thompson is another excellent rebounder with a big wingspan (7’2) as well as an efficient scorer.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Isaiah Thomas PG – The undersized guard out of Washington would make sense on this team, if they don’t truly believe in Mario Chalmers. Thomas is very competitive (possibly due to his height) and will take it right at you often. He is excellent at getting to the rim and drawing fouls (he attempted over 200 FTs in each of his 3 seasons at Washington). [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: If the Celtics do believe in Mario Chalmers and don’t want another PG, Chandler Parsons yet again would make a lot of sense here. He can provide some outside shooting, defense, some playmaking and even a little rebounding.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Golden State Warriors[/SIZE][SIZE=12pt] (35-40)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Chandler Parsons SF – The SF out of Florida is one of the most versatile players in the draft, if you haven’t picked up on that already. He’s fundamentally sound, a good shooter, and can do a bit of everything. He may never become a star, but at least he should be a good role player/starter for years to come. The Warriors are in a pretty nice spot with their team. They have an excellent group of young players such as, Gordon Hayward, Robin Lopez, Trevor Booker with Brandon Roy and Tony Parker in tow. This team just needs the young guys to develop so selecting the BPA makes sense for this team.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Willie Reed would also be a nice option here. He’s a big who can defend and rebound who could backup Robin Lopez well without giving up much defending or rebounding.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Oklahoma City Thunder[/SIZE][SIZE=12pt] (35-40)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]Needs: C, PF[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Tristan Thompson C – The freshman big man out of the University of Texas should be able to step right in on day one and compete for starting minutes at C or possibly PF. Thompson is a great offensive rebounder has a big wingspan (7’2) that allows him to be a good shot blocker. He’s also an efficient scorer, as he should be playing around the rim. He averaged 13 ppg 7.8 rpg and 2.4 bpg in his lone season with Texas. The Thunder have some real good pieces, DeRozan, Conley, Gallinari, and Tyrus Thomas and Mozgov aren’t bad at all. But Thompson could easily slip in over Mozgov in that lineup.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Willie Reed, if OKC is sold on having Tyrus Thomas and Carlos Boozer hold down the PF spot for a while longer Reed would not be a bad option. Especially if OKC doesn’t completely trust the young Mozgov, but regardless Reed would make a more capable backup than Chris Hunter or the aging other bigs they have.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Tobias Harris SF – The forward out of Tennessee would work nicely on this Clipper group that seems to be lacking a clear SF. With already having taken C Jonas Valanciunas in this draft going for another position of need makes sense. Harris may not be ready to contribute right away, but he brings a strong work ethic and versatility that would have Clipper fans jumping for joy soon enough. Harris averaged 15.3 ppg, 7.3 rpg last season with the Vols as a freshman. If the Clippers can be patient with him, watch out. Harris, Hill and Lou Will could be a scary bunch.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Willie Reed yet again. The Clippers don’t have any clear bigs on their roster that look like they will be longterm pieces to the puzzle, so why not add another one with Willie Reed to accompany Valanciunas?[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Justin Holiday SG – The senior SG out of Washington looks to join the league with his younger brother Jrue. Justin has high basketball IQ and has all the tools to be a solid defender in the league. He can shoot from distance but will need to up the consistency as he only shot 35% in college.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Another SG in Iman Shumpert still brings some outside scoring like Holiday but should be an even better defender out of the gates. Shumpert or Holiday seem to both be solid options for this Lakers team that are running James Harden at the PG spot. They could also look to add a legit PG like Brandon Knight if they are considering moving Harden to SG.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Brandon Knight PG - A Kentucky one-and-done player, Knight brings his athleticism, intelligence and his good shooting that only got better as time went on at Kentucky. Knight broke the scoring record for a freshman with 657 points that was set only a year earlier by John Wall with 616 points. Knight averaged 17 ppg, 4 rpg, 4 apg and shot 37% from 3 on the year. The Pacers do have OJ Mayo and DJ Augustin but with not a ton SGs, at least one of Mayo, Augustin or Knight could slide over to that spot.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Bojan Bogdanovic/Jordan Hamilton are both SFs that could help this team out. Bogdanovic is a 3 point specialist whereas Hamilton would be more of a defender with a touch of scoring in there as well. But these players may be redundant since they took Jimmy Butler earlier in the draft.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Nikola Mirotic PF - The tall Spaniard who loves to shoot the 3 ball would help bring some pop to Memphis. Adding a guy like Mirotic would do nothing but help this team. He brings good length (7’1 wingspan) as well as very efficient shooting (last season in Spain he shot 48% from 3). He can be a nice PF next to Cousins and with the Grizzlies taking Rubio earlier they won’t need to take another PG for a while. He can be their next Antawn Jamison with a better outside shot.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Markieff Morris the PF from Kansas also could hope to have his name called here. He brings good size to run the 4 and can step out and hit the 3 ball on occasion too, without foregoing the skills down on the block.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Willie Reed C – The big man out of St. Louis is a quick-twitch athlete that has a good amount of explosiveness. He’s a long player that runs the floor well for a big and shows good foot speed. He gets after it on defense and on the boards and could provide Oden some competition at C or back him up off the bench. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility:[/SIZE] [SIZE=12pt]Iman Shumpert could be another solid prospect high on their draft board. The team could use some depth behind JJ Redick and Luol Deng on the wing and with Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson not getting any younger, Shumpert would bring fresh legs to the rotation.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Iman Shumpert SG – Shumpert the 6’5 SG from Georgia Tech would bring solid depth to the Bulls like mentioned earlier. He averaged 17.3 ppg, 5.9 rpg, 3.5 apg, and 2.7 spg. The versatile guard rebounds, passes, defends and is aggressive going to the rim. What more could you want from a SG other than great outside shooting?[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Jimmer Fredette, the viral BYU sensation caught enough eyes with his shooting, and with a need at depth, why not backup a good shooter in Redick with an even better shooter in Fredette? (kidding, he’s not as good and probably won’t ever be, but he does bring more outside shooting than a lot of prospects left at this point outside of Jon Diebler.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Gustavo Ayon C – The big man out of Mexico could help this team down low with rebounding and defending. Sanders is good and Thabeet is a solid rebounder at 7pg, but Ayon could challenge him for minutes. Especially if they don’t see an wings they really like at this spot in the draft, Ayton would make for a fine addition. The Sixers have some good young players, ROTY candidate Blake Griffin, Larry Sanders, Aminu, and even Amir Johnson should still improve in their careers, so they’ll be fine even without this pick.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Alec Burks SG, from Colorado could be a valuable prospect going forward. He’s a guy that has a knack to get to the rim and hits his foul shots shooting 85% from the line last season at Boulder.[/SIZE]

With already landing Leonard and Biyombo the Bucks will be looking to just add a nice prospect or the BPA and Markieff Morris could be both of those at this stage in the draft. He rebounds the ball well (averaged 8.3 per game last season) and has excellent size for the 4 spot. He can operate on the block or step out and knock down some shots on occasion.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: How about the other Morris twin? The twin brother of Markieff, Marcus has the same toughness and nearly the same body but with a tad more perimeter skills. Marcus has a solid face-up game and can step out and hit 3s. He also has better ball skills than his slightly taller twin Markieff. Marcus averaged 17.2 ppg, 7.6 rpg in his junior year at Kansas. If one twin won’t do, seems like the other could.[/SIZE]

He could become a very valuable player on this Kings team, that would pair nicely with new addition Kyrie Irving and Dwight Howard.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Bojan Bogdanovic could also be an option here, he’s another SF who can hit shots and has good size at 6’7 like Hamilton. He can create his own shot and shoot off the dribble or screens. [/SIZE]

He has good size for a SG standing 6’6. In his sophomore season in Colorado he averaged 20.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 2.9 apg and just over a steal per game as well.[/SIZE]

The Bucks don’t have a ton of value on their roster outside of Josh Smith, Brandon Sessions and franchise player Ramon Sessions, but they are a young team and have 2 more first round picks this year, so they should be able to add some more young pieces to the group. Getting an upgrade at PG would also be another option if they continue to have Jennings play SG.[/SIZE]

The Bucks lack rebounding, they average 47.5 a game which is 28th best in the league, or in other words 2nd worst. So, they pick Thompson to provide excellent outside shooting on the wing (a position of need) to pair with Williams/Lawson and Favors down low. Thompson averaged 21.6 points per game last season to go with almost 4 assists and 5 rebounds while going 39% from 3.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Bismack Biyombo could also be a nice defending big to pair next to Favors down low. The Nets have nice young pieces in Lowry, Evans, Young and possibly Hawes, but they would benefit from adding a big who is better than Hawes or a PF. So this pick would make perfect sense here. Eric Gordon, Ryan Anderson, and Marcin Gortat are the main bright spots on this team right now. So, plugging in an athlete like Jackson just makes sense for this squad.[/SIZE]

He could possibly play next to Lopez (who is not a great rebounder) and help balance things out.[/SIZE]

The Warriors are in a pretty nice spot with their team. They have an excellent group of young players such as, Gordon Hayward, Robin Lopez, Trevor Booker with Brandon Roy and Tony Parker in tow. This team just needs the young guys to develop so selecting the BPA makes sense for this team.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Willie Reed would also be a nice option here. He’s a big who can defend and rebound who could backup Robin Lopez well without giving up much defending or rebounding.[/SIZE]

He averaged 13 ppg 7.8 rpg and 2.4 bpg in his lone season with Texas. The Thunder have some real good pieces, DeRozan, Conley, Gallinari, and Tyrus Thomas and Mozgov aren’t bad at all. But Thompson could easily slip in over Mozgov in that lineup.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Other possibility: Willie Reed, if OKC is sold on having Tyrus Thomas and Carlos Boozer hold down the PF spot for a while longer Reed would not be a bad option. Harris averaged 15.3 ppg, 7.3 rpg last season with the Vols as a freshman. If the Clippers can be patient with him, watch out. Harris, Hill and Lou Will could be a scary bunch.[/SIZE]
